Review

Time to take a break from my state.  Todays beer is Spoonful of Sugar from Illuminated Brew Works of Chicago, Il.  SofS is a Double Dry Hopped Double India Pale Ale with Lactose Sugar so that means an ABV coming in at 8%.  I’ve tried my share of these lactose sugar beers and this one is very well balanced and in the ballpark. Reading the can love that there are use of different hops with Galaxy and Motueka, that’s a difference then the Mosaic and Citra that are used in these styles.  
Rating out of 5  3.69 rating because I have had my share of the lactose style IPAs and I know my reaction won’t be overjoyed, it’ll be that it’s a good beer.
